Minor in Sound Production
The School of Music's Minor in Sound Production offers students across the campus who are interested in music recording, filmmaking, video production, podcasting, and live sound (among others) a mixture of theoretical knowledge and practical skills, focusing on hands-on experiences and professional applications. Students will gain a broad yet thorough mastery of the recording arts that culminates with the earning of the Avid Pro Tools Specialist Certification, a recording industry standard.
