Students graduating with an aviation management degree may manage airports, hold higher-level positions in airport safety and security, be in charge of air carrier operations or make financing decisions. 

The Aviation Management major is a 24-credit hour major in the Lewis College of Business. The curriculum incorporates management courses from the College of Business, aviation classes from the Division of Aviation, and two specific College of Business aviation management courses.

MGT 459, Aviation Management Capstone, is the capstone course for all Aviation Management majors. It is normally taken in the senior year.
