This course introduces students to the major health problems of specific populations and integrates clinical, preventive and health promotion dimensions of each problem.
This course is an extnesion of Introduction to Patient Care I & II in which students continue with their assigned clinical mentors and participate in five clinical experiences. Students may opt to continue their clinical experiences through summer externships.

This elective is designed to nurture the interest and to develop skills for a career in academic medicine.
Introduces 4th year medical students to the four career planning components of the AAMC/Careers in Medicine program with emphasis on interviewing and preparing for the residency application process.
This course will provide learners with a comprehensive health education curriculum to improve medical student cultural competency in providing inclusive care for LGBTQ patients.
Students will be provided an opportunity to experience research in a variety of clinical settings where dedicated research electives are not available such as Radiology, Pathology, Ophthalmolgy, and Dermatology. Students will be paired with a faculty or staff member in the department they select to discuss arrangements for the research.
This course will provide medical students with a unique experience to learn fundamental nutrition concepts through online self-study coupled with hands-on experience in the teaching kitchen.
USMLE Step II Exam Prep Course
This couirse is intended for medical students interested in the foundational history of medicine and medical thought up through the current age of modern medical technology. This course will seek to add to the student's appreciation for the trials and tribulations of the medical entrepreneurs and scientists who have brought modern medicine to its current standards.
